Currently we have no conventions booked, however we will be attempting conventions some time in 2023!
Do you offer your products wholesale?
Currently we do not offer our products as wholesale.
Do you sign your prints?
Yes! All prints are hand signed on the back, however they can be left unsigned upon request.
Payments
What is the currency of your store?
The currency our store is using currently is GBP.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and within that accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When are payments due?
Payments are immediately due after checking out, you will be charged instantly.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally often, however this can incur additional costs.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight and delivery location, and you can view your estimated costs during checkout! We can't however estimate importing or customs fees, and take no responsibility for these.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days after processing time. International orders typically take 14-21 business days after processing time. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and recent changes to USPS and Royal Mail, both domestic and international shipping may take longer than normal. Please check with your local post office or online for updates on your countries' shipping updates with the global pandemic.
Store Policies
Ordering & Payment
Payments are processed immediately at the time of checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that details your order, order number, shipping & billing address. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout to receive this information. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email about the order being on it's way. If you are within the EU, a tracking number will also be provided to you.
Pre Orders
When you place an order for a pre-order item, you are committing to the creation of that item just for you. This means there are no refunds for a pre-order item. We do not accept exchanges on a pre-order item unless damage has occurred in transit, in which case, we will replace said item with another of the same item once the defective item is returned and reviewed.
Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail, and are not guaranteed to have a tracking number. Allow for 5 to 10 days for domestic shipping. International shipping can take up to 14 days.Please allow for at least three weeks to pass before reporting your package missing to us, as sometimes unforeseen delays can take place. We ship products weekly as the orders are placed, and will always strive to have your order arrive as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept exchanges on damaged items or incorrect sized clothing. If you ordered a shirt in the wrong cut/size, or accidentally bought a plush you already own, we are happy to exchange it for you. All exchanged items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags. All items that do not meet this requirement will be rejected. Pink Vomit Designs do not assume return shipping costs. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to contact us for a return (if the product is defected or damaged) or exchange. After 30 days of receiving the order, the order is final.All in person sales or discounted items sales are final.
Damages & Loss
If your order arrives damaged we will try our best to resolve the issue! We ask that you immediately email us with pictures of the damaged items, preferably with the packaging, and your order reference number. We ask that you do this in no less than 2 days from package arrival, and then follow our return instructions within a week of reporting. A gift card will be issued for the value of the items ordered and any shipping paid to Pink Vomit Designs once the damaged items have been received and inspected.If a package is lost in shipment, and cannot be located by the Post Office or relevant shipping company: A gift card will be issued for the value of the item(s) ordered and any shipping fees paid to Pink Vomit Designs. Pink Vomit Designs are not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses nor do we assume responsibility to replace the lost package.

Here at Pink Vomit Designs we want you to have the best experience as you browse our products.To achieve this we receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We use all of this to record information about how you browse the site, what products interest you, and how we can optimise our UI.
